Zacuto USA strives to guarantee your 100% satisfaction with all of our products. We want you to be satisfied with the value and quality of your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied please notify us.
Returns
Returns must be pre-authorized by submitting a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA) within seven days of delivery. After submitting the form, a sales representative will contact you within 24 hours, regarding your return. The merchandise must be returned within seven days after you have been contacted. Items can be returned or exchanged only if they are in the original packaging and delivered in the same new condition as sold with literature, instructions, additional accessories and blank warranty cards intact.
Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Items may be subjected to a restocking fee of 15% dependent upon the condition of the items and the items being returned. Special Order items are not returnable. The customer is responsible for the shipping expenses. Zacuto is not liability for items damaged in shipping. Please be sure to package all returns well and in their original packaging.

Manufacturer Warranties
All electronic items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. When the item has a manufacturer’s warranty, calls for service or repairs should be referred directly to the manufacturer and sent to the manufacturer after 7 days from purchase. For an out of box failure, you may contact Zacuto. See manufacturer’s website or call Zacuto for a contact number.
Zacuto Brand Warranty
All Zacuto Brand products have a lifetime guarantee unless otherwise stated. Zacuto USA electronic devices have a limited one year warranty. Please contact sales@zacuto.com or call 312-863-3452 for repairs, exchanges, or services on your Zacuto Brand products.
Zacuto Lifetime Warranty
Zacuto USA warrants for the life of each Zacuto product, that it is free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth Zacuto will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by Zacuto on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. If Zacuto is unable to repair or replace the product, it will refund the current value of the product at the time the warranty claim is made.
This warranty covers only repair, replacement or refund for defective Zacuto products, as provided above. Zacuto is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any other equipment bought from Zacuto that is not designed and manufactured by Zacuto and under the Zacuto brand. This warranty excludes 3rd party equipment, and or equipment attached to Zacuto products. In the event of a claim, Zacuto’s sole obligation shall be repair/replacement of the product. In no event will Zacuto be responsible for incidental, consequential, or special loss of property, however caused. As well, in no event will Zacuto have any personal liability whatsoever.
There is no registration necessary.
Zacuto Limited One Year Warranty
Zacuto USA electronic devices come with a limited one year hardware warranty. The limited hardware warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials of our products for up to one year. This warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from improper installation, accidents, abuse, misuse, negligence, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply (if applies), abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, dust or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification, or shipping costs.
