Zacuto $1,000 Filmmaking Grant – Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor

The Zacuto $1,000 Filmmaking Grant (“Grant”) is sponsored by Zacuto USA LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Open to participants worldwide, except where prohibited or restricted by law.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

  • Employees of Zacuto USA LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

A. Entry with Purchase (Zacuto.com)

  • Make a single purchase of $250 USD or more (before taxes and shipping) at zacuto.com during the promotional period.

  • Each qualifying purchase equals one (1) entry.

B. Entry with Purchase (Authorized Resellers)

  • Make a single purchase of $250 USD or more (before taxes and shipping) of Zacuto products from an authorized Zacuto reseller during the promotional period.

  • Submit a valid proof of purchase via the official online entry form.

  • Each qualifying receipt equals one (1) entry.

4. Entry Period

  • The Grant entry period begins on Jan 15, 2026 and ends on Feb. 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM (Central Time).

5. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 USD cash grant.

  • The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion.

  • Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, or reporting obligations associated with receipt of the prize.

6. Winner Selection

  • One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period.

  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be notified via the contact information provided within 3 business days of the drawing.

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Interview & Promotion

  • As a condition of accepting the grant, the winner agrees to participate in a recorded interview with Zacuto to discuss their filmmaking project.

  • Sponsor may use the winner’s name, likeness, interview content, and submitted materials for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

9. General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Grant if circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control compromise the integrity or operation of the Grant.

  • Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or errors of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Zacuto USA LLC from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Grant or acceptance of the prize.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Zacuto’s Privacy Policy and will be used solely for purposes of administering this Grant and related communications.

12. Governing Law

This Grant shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Winner Disclosure

The winner’s name may be announced on Zacuto’s website, social channels, and marketing communications.
