Zacuto USA strives to guarantee your 100% satisfaction with all of our products. We want you to be satisfied with the value and quality of your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied please notify us. 

Payment Terms We accept Bank Wire Transfers, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay,  or PayPal. Sales tax will be charged for all orders sold/shipped to Illinois residents. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any duty fees.

Order Processing You may place an order through our online store,, or get a customized quote by calling one of our sale representatives at 312-863-3452 or by emailing a sales representative at sales@zacuto.com. Orders must be received by 3:00 CST Monday-Friday to be shipped the same day. Some exceptions may apply. If any items are backordered, you will be contacted by a Zacuto representative with an estimated ship out date.

 Shipping We offer worldwide shipping using FedEx, UPS or DHL. Zacuto is not responsible for Insurance of packages. Packages are only insured up to $100.00. However, you may request and purchase additional shipping insurance through Zacuto. We do request that all packages are signed for upon delivery.

International Shipping Zacuto ships internationally but we also have a large dealer network. For international orders, customers are responsible for paying the shipping expense as well as any VAT, duty, taxes or custom fees that your country may charge upon delivery. The rate does vary depending on the product and country, so please contact your country about any extra charges you may inquire by purchasing from Zacuto.

Returns Returns must be pre-authorized by submitting a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA) within seven days of delivery. After submitting the form, a sales representative will contact you within 24 hours, regarding your return. The merchandise must be returned within seven days after you have been contacted. All returns should be sent to: Zacuto USA Attn: RETURNS 346 N. Justine St. Ste 201 Chicago, IL 60607  Items can be returned or exchanged only if they are in the original packaging and delivered in the same new condition as sold with literature, instructions, additional accessories and blank warranty cards intact. Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Items may be subjected to a restocking fee of 15% dependent upon the condition of the items and the items being returned. Special Order items are not returnable. The customer is responsible for the shipping expenses. Zacuto is not liability for items damaged in shipping. Please be sure to package all returns well and in their original packaging. Following arrival and inspection of your return, you will be contacted regarding the status. Manufacturer Warranties All electronic items are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. When the item has a manufacturer's warranty, calls for service or repairs should be referred directly to the manufacturer and sent to the manufacturer after 7 days from purchase. For an out of box failure, you may contact Zacuto. See manufacturer’s website or call Zacuto for a contact number.

Zacuto Brand Warranty  All Zacuto Brand products have a lifetime guarantee unless otherwise stated. Zacuto USA electronic devices have a limited one year warranty. Please contact sales@zacuto.com or call 312-863-3452 for repairs, exchanges, or services on your Zacuto Brand products.
