Cinematographer
Trent Opaloch got his first taste of cinematography by assisting in his early teens for his step father, Nature Cinematographer Doug Steele. Following the more traditional route of film school, and as a former band member with a passion for music, Trent began is filmmaking career shooting music videos. From that experience, which he calls, “Very Experimental, very creative, and at times, competitive,” he moved onto commercial work landing such high profile clients as: Visa, Panasonic, Adidas, Halo, and the US Coast Guard. After the successful launch of District 9, which premiered in August 2009, he is currently in pre-production on his next feature film project.
